Nexsett Website Terms of Use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of nexsett.com. The website is operated by Nexsett Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15984151, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

2. Website purpose and audience

The website provides information about Nexsett and its business-to-business cross-border settlement proposition. It is intended primarily for businesses, institutions and professional users considering cross-border settlement requirements. The website is not intended as a retail investment service or as an invitation to consumers to acquire, sell or invest in cryptoassets.

3. Nexsett's role

Nexsett designs and coordinates institutional cross-border settlement routes using appropriate third-party banking, liquidity, execution, custody and digital-asset infrastructure.

Nexsett acts as an intermediary and orchestration layer between clients and relevant infrastructure providers.

Where a service involves banking, execution, custody, safeguarding or another activity provided by a regulated or registered third party, that underlying service is provided by the relevant provider under its own terms, onboarding requirements and regulatory responsibilities.

Nexsett does not hold client money or digital assets, provide custody of client assets or itself act as principal or counterparty in the execution of digital-asset transactions.

The regulatory treatment of any activity depends on the particular service, transaction, jurisdiction and applicable law. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a statement that Nexsett holds a particular regulatory permission unless that position is expressly stated and current at the relevant time.

4. No offer, advice or guarantee

Website content is provided for general business information only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, investment or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, commitment or guarantee that Nexsett or any infrastructure provider will provide a particular service, settlement route, corridor, asset, price, timing or outcome.

Submitting an enquiry or communicating with Nexsett through the website does not create a client relationship, contractual relationship or entitlement to any service.

5. Eligibility and provider acceptance

Any settlement route or service is subject to availability, jurisdiction, corridor, transaction characteristics and acceptance by the relevant infrastructure providers. Infrastructure providers may apply their own onboarding, due-diligence, compliance, legal, regulatory and risk requirements.

A provider may therefore decline or restrict a proposed relationship or transaction independently of Nexsett.

Nexsett may decide that a proposed transaction or business relationship is not suitable for progression.

6. Information, pricing and performance statements

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but the site may contain information that changes over time. Settlement times, availability, pricing, savings and corridor information may vary according to transaction size, market conditions, provider pricing, onboarding status, jurisdiction and other factors.

Any comparative or savings statement on the website must be supported by an appropriate and current basis of comparison. Unless expressly stated in a binding agreement, examples, estimates or indicative information on the website are not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Financial promotions and regulatory information

Nexsett seeks to describe its role, services and infrastructure relationships accurately and without creating a misleading impression about its regulatory status or that of any third party.

References to regulated banking, liquidity, execution, custody or digital-asset infrastructure relate to the relevant provider and its own regulatory status and responsibilities. They should not be interpreted as meaning that Nexsett itself performs the underlying regulated activity merely because it coordinates or facilitates access to that infrastructure.

Whether any Nexsett activity is subject to regulatory requirements depends on the nature of that activity, the applicable jurisdiction and the law in force at the relevant time.

Nothing in these Terms overrides any requirement applying to communications on the website. A statement in these Terms cannot correct or qualify website content that is itself inaccurate, unclear or misleading.

The website may refer or link to third-party providers, websites or services. Nexsett does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or security.

Where Nexsett introduces or connects a business to an infrastructure provider, the provider’s own contractual terms, privacy notice, onboarding criteria and regulatory obligations may apply independently.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, designs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Nexsett. You may view and use the site for legitimate internal business purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative works from substantial parts of the website without Nexsett's prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or connected infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code or deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or data except where permitted by law; or
  • misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting Nexsett.

11. Website availability and security

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or security vulnerabilities. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the website where reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for using appropriate security controls on your own systems and devices.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexsett is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, inability to access the website, third-party websites or services, or events outside Nexsett's reasonable control.

These Terms do not govern liability arising under any separate contract entered into with Nexsett or an infrastructure provider.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data collected through the website is handled in accordance with the Nexsett Website Privacy Policy in Appendix A and the version published on nexsett.com. The use of cookies and similar technologies is also subject to the Privacy Policy and any cookie information or consent mechanism presented on the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, Nexsett's activities or applicable law. The current version will be published on nexsett.com with its effective date.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, Nexsett's activities or applicable law. The current version will be published on nexsett.com with its effective date.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
